A mailing from the Conference was sent to every clergy and lay member of the 2014 Annual Conference in the past week. Many received their letter over the weekend.

This year’s Annual Conference will be held June 19-22, 2014 at Lake Junaluska Assembly. Registration for housing for Annual Conference will open on Tuesday, February 25th at 8:00 a.m.  No call-in or online reservations will be accepted before then.

Reservations for a Lake Junaluska-owned property, you have two options:

1.Call:  1-800-222-4930 or 828-452-2881 and press 1 for Reservations.  There will be extra reservation agents on duty to help with the heavy call volume that is expected.  The next available agent will be with you as soon as possible.

2.Online:  Click on the housing link indicated on the Conference website (to be active on February 25th).  This will bring you to the WNC Annual Conference webpage and show you the room types that are still available.  Enter exact event dates and follow instructions to complete booking.  Call 1-800-222-4930 if you have questions.
Questions about housing may be directed to the Reservations Office, P. O. Box 67, Lake Juna­luska, NC  28745. The phone number is 1-800‑222‑4930.  The fax number is 828-452-2225. The office is open from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

This is the only mailing that you will receive through postal mail. Further information and pre-conference materials will be posted on the conference website when available.  Please check it regularly beginning in April for further information.

Petitions to be considered by the body will be due by April 1st to the Conference Secretary.  If you have any questions, check with your Pastor or District Office, or call Dianne Beam at the Conference Office.
