Displays at Annual Conference facilitate the ability of conference members to connect with groups who have information to share on their ministry. Displays are provided to encourage conference members to learn more about the resources that are available through the wide variety of agencies and ministries in the annual conference.
Below is a link to the 2014 application form that can be downloaded, completed and saved to your computer. These must be submitted to Michael Rich, the Web & Communications Manager for the Western North Carolina Conference no later than April 17, 2014.
The form can be submitted by email. Please fill out the form, save it by a different name (ex: United MethodistFoundation.pdf), then email the PDF to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The form can also be printed and mailed. Please follow the directions on the form to assure delivery.
It must be noted that there is limited space for displays available, and every group applying may not receive space. There are also a small number of outside spaces available, so everyone requesting a display space outdoors will not receive one.
The Systems & Communications Team will collect all submissions, and will notify groups in early May to let them know where their space will be so that they can begin planning for the June 19-22.
Set-up time for displays is scheduled for Wednesday, June 18th between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. Take down is scheduled for Saturday, June 21 between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m.
